Data processing consent

This consent relates to the meeting request form on the SKALA Consulting website.

I consent to the processing of my contact details and message to respond to my enquiry and arrange a meeting, as described in the Privacy Notice.

Scope

The consent covers your name, email address, optional phone number, optional company name and message. These details are collected, stored, reviewed and used to respond to your enquiry and arrange a meeting. It does not cover marketing subscriptions.

How consent is given

The checkbox is not selected in advance. Selecting it and submitting the form records your consent together with the wording, version and server timestamp. The form cannot be submitted without confirmation.

How to withdraw

Email info@skalaconsult.com using the address supplied with your enquiry and state that you wish to withdraw consent. You can also request deletion of your enquiry. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. Any information that must be retained under applicable obligations will be explained in the response.
