Privacy notice

This notice describes how the SKALA Consulting website handles information submitted through its meeting request form. Contact us at info@skalaconsult.com with questions about your information.

Information you provide

The form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, optional company name and message. It also records the submission time and a record of your consent, including its wording, version and time. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential information about other people.

How it is used

The information is used to review your enquiry, respond to you and arrange a meeting. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. The current form does not use AI to analyse your message or make decisions about you.

Your choice

The form requests your consent for these purposes. Phone and company details are optional. If you do not wish to use the form, you can contact us by email. We will still need to use the details in your email to respond.

Access and service providers

Submitted enquiries are stored in the website database. This website and its enquiry database are hosted on a privately managed VPS. The site owner has administrative access. Enquiry notifications, including your name, contact details and message, are sent through Telegram to the site owner’s private team group to respond to your request. Enquiries are not sent to an external marketing service.

Retention

Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, subject to applicable obligations. Deletion requests are handled through info@skalaconsult.com. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule.

Requests and withdrawal

You can email info@skalaconsult.com to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent. Include the email address used for your enquiry so the record can be located. Identity may need to be verified before information is disclosed. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

Applicable rights and response requirements depend on your circumstances and jurisdiction. Contact us with your request.

Technical information

Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the website. See the cookie notice for the distinction between the site’s own code and hosting services.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads on public pages and may send cookieless measurements and technical information before consent. Analytics cookie storage is enabled only with your cookie consent. We do not send your enquiry fields to Google. You can withdraw this choice using Cookies & settings. See the cookie notice and Google privacy policy.

Changes

This notice will be updated when the site’s operator, providers or processing practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
